By becoming a member of ContinentalRelay.com (hereinafter referred to as "CR") you agree to the following terms and conditions :

• Both CR and the Member have the right to cancel the member's account at any time without notice. Refunds for the unused portion of membership will be at the discretion of CR.
• The Member shall not pass themselves off as being associated in any way with the operation or ownership of ContinentalRelay.com.
• The Member shall not use any private or business name containing the words "Continental" and/or "Relay" - nor after advice from ContinentalRelay.com will they continue using any name that is likely to be confused with the name of ContinentalRelay.com and/or its staff members.
• The Member is responsible for all postage, freight, courier, customs, handling and forwarding charges that are incurred by CR on the member's behalf.
• The Member will never use CR services to engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.
• The Member accepts that CR will always use its best endeavours to make timely delivery of mail (both to and from the member) for as long as the member remains financial. Should any delay occur, compensation may be paid to the member at the discretion of CR, the maximum of such compensation to be limited to the amount of the member's current membership fee.
• Any member found sending SPAM via our services will immediately have their membership terminated and their reserve fund forfeited. We reserve the right to take legal action against offending members.
• Any member found sending SPAM which contains any reference to: (a) Continental Relay, (b) our management or employees names, (c) our address/es, (d) our suite numbers, (e) our voicemail/fax numbers, (f) and/or our email addresses ... will immediately have their membership terminated and their reserve fund forfeited. We will commence immediate legal action against any offending member.
• If for any reason you are not satisfied with our service, you may claim under our "Satisfaction Guarantee" and we will refund your fees for the month in question (less any amount we have expended on your behalf on postage or freight).  If you then wish to cancel your membership, we will reimburse the full amount outstanding (pro-rata) on the unused portion of your membership.
• The Member hereby accepts responsibility for, and indemnifies CR against any expenses (both legal and otherwise) incurred by CR in the defense of legal violations committed by the member.
• After termination of membership (for any reason) CR may refuse to supply further mail forwarding services, and will hold pending mail for up to 30 days whereupon it may be destroyed or returned to sender. During that holding period, the member may arrange for mail receipt and forwarding of pending mail subject to payment of the relevant handling, postage, and/or freight charges.
• If your membership expires you will be invited to renew.  If you do not renew within 30 days (and/or have not made other arrangements with us), we reserve the right to reject, return, destroy, or otherwise dispose of items being held for you.
• Refunds will be effected to the original source of those funds - payment type and account details.
• Outstanding reserve funds will be forfeited if not claimed within twelve months of your membership lapsing.
• CR accepts no legal responsibility or liability for the handling or forwarding of any mail on the member's behalf (whether unregistered, registered, certified or insured), or for any action, event or expense associated with or arising from the handling or forwarding of that mail.
• That in all cases, the terms "mail", "mail forwarding", "mail delivery", "mail relay", "remailing", "remail", "mail receipt and forwarding", "mail forwarding service", "mail services", "anonymous mail", "maildrop", "mail drop" and/or any similar words or terms, shall be taken to include all postal mail, airmail, courier items, parcels, freight, fax, voicemail, voice mail, email, e mail, and/or any goods, message or private or business communications handled for or on behalf of the member.
